Does the clock support daylight saving time (DST)?
Yes. DST settings are supported.
Will the clock update automatically after a power outage?
Yes. An RTC battery keeps the correct time during short outages.
Can an external bell or speaker be connected?
Yes. Relay interfaces on the back and side allow connection to a bell or speaker.
Does the tablet include a proximity sensor?
Yes. A built-in proximity sensor is available.
Can the boot logo be customized with our company logo?
Yes. The Q5 can display your own logo during startup.
Can the tablet be installed completely flush with the wall?
Yes. A dedicated mounting bracket allows the touchscreen to sit fully flush with the wall surface.
Does the tablet support both PoE and DC power?
Yes. The Q7S can be powered through either PoE or a DC adapter.
Can the tablet be installed in portrait orientation?
Yes. The included mounting brackets support both vertical (portrait) and horizontal (landscape) installation, compatible with U.S. and European gang boxes.
How many expansion ports are available?
One expansion port is available.
Can the front cover be customized with our logo?
Yes. A minimum order of 1,000 units is required, or 200 units with a refundable USD 3,000 deposit once total orders reach 1,000.
Does the tablet support Google Play Services and app downloads?
Yes. The Q896S includes the Google Play Store, allowing customers to download applications directly.
Can our software be set to auto-start?
Yes. On startup, the tablet can display your logo and launch your software automatically. It can also be locked to run only your software, preventing users from exiting the application.
What certifications are available?
The Q896S is certified with CE, RoHS, and FCC.

Does the tablet support a 24V power supply?
Yes. The Q8920 accepts a wide voltage input from 9V to 36V.
Can the tablet be installed in vehicles?
Yes. It is commonly used in taxi headrests and bus seat backs.
What is the lead time?
Samples are ready in about 5 working days. Bulk orders (100+ units) take around 25 working days.
Does the tablet include a backup battery?
No, backup battery is included, but there is an RTC battery to retain system time.
How many serial ports are available?
Two serial ports are provided.
Can the tablet be mounted on an electric panel door?
Yes. A dedicated mounting bracket is available for panel door installation.
