Who is SIBO?

SIBO is a manufacturer specializing in Android tablets and LED wall clocks, founded in 2001.

With in-house design, engineering, and production, we control every step from hardware to software. This is why we can offer deep customization across all models—whether it’s power options, interfaces, mounting, software features, or branding—so each product can be tailored to your project’s needs.

What certifications do your products have?

Our tablets and clocks carry multiple international certifications, including CE, CB, UKCA, TÜV, RoHS, and FCC. These ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards for global markets.

What is the difference between the LED wall clock models?

All SIBO LED wall clocks share the same core features: accurate timekeeping, alarms, and timers.

The difference is in how they connect and sync:

  • WiFi: Connects wirelessly and syncs time over the internet (NTP).
  • PoE: Uses a single Ethernet cable for both power and time sync.
  • GPS: Gets time directly from satellites, no internet required.
  • PoE + GPS: Combines wired convenience with satellite backup for maximum reliability.
Do you provide a warranty?

All of our products come with a one-year warranty. If any issues occur within the first year, you have two options:

  • You may return the product for repair (customers cover the round-trip shipping costs).
  • Or, you can send us a description of the issue along with photos or a video. We will then include a replacement part (such as a screen or board) with your next order, which you can install yourself.
Do you provide technical documentation and manuals?

Yes. User guides for all products are available on our Product Support page.

How do I order or customize tablets?

Unlike LED wall clocks, tablets are highly customizable to fit the needs of each project.

To ensure a smooth ordering process and the best experience, please submit a customization form or contact our Corporate Sales Team with your requirements.

All inquiries are answered within 24 hours.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is included with all LED wall clock orders.

For tablets, please contact our customer service team or include your request in the customization form.

Where is my order?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email as soon as it ships so you can follow its journey.

Can I cancel, change, or return my order?

Orders are processed quickly and can’t be edited once placed.

For custom products, we provide a digital proof for your approval before production. After approval and payment, changes can’t be made. Please note that customized products are non-returnable.

Do you offer corporate or bulk discounts?

Yes. For custom orders, we provide a high-quality digital proof for your approval before production begins.
